In this project we soft washed a house to remove organic growth that included green algae, mildew and mold. In the cleaning process we used low pressure / low psi to softwash the house without causing pre-mature wear high pressure would cause. The cleaning agent we utilized was a sodium hypochlorite mixture that also contained water and surfactant. The solution was used to kill and neutralize the organic growth.
In the first step of the cleaning process we applied the detergent, next we gave it dwell time to work its magic and lastly we thoroughly rinsed away the remaining soap leaving a bright and ultra clean looking surface. In the photos you'll see we clean the house in sections repeating the process in each one.
